• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

• • Fraudulent payments will result in immediate account termination

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• • Technical failure preventing portrait generation within 7 days of payment
• • Complete service unavailability for more than 72 hours
• • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• • Refunds are not available if portraits have been successfully generated and delivered
• • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results does not qualify for refund

8. Intellectual Property Rights
